Hi there!
I’m Cordi and I’m thrilled that you are here and inquiring about my classes.
Through dancing and yoga I keep my body and mind fit and strong. I experience the benefits of dancing and yoga every single day. It has helped through difficult times and has become my all round happy place. So I made it my mission is to inspire and motivate others to fall in love with yoga and dance fitness and finally get moving and get that stong body and mind you always wanted.
We all have to start somewhere and I am here to help keep YOU make it a fun experience.
Dancing doesn't always have to be done to music. Moving deeper we can dance to the music of our own breath and heart beat. This is what my interpretation of yoga is. Slow, gentle and without any prezling and acrobatics.
Both my dance fitness classes and yoga classes are ideal for beginners. While dance fitness focuses more on cardio strength in my yoga classes I will provide you with a solid understanding of the yoga basics such as the alignment for each pose to get maximum benefits and zero injury. All whilst haveing a fun, I promise. In addition to improving your physical strength and coordination you will also learn the basics of meditation in my yoga classes. I stick to the basics without any chanting. I keep it simple so you can take any meditation exercise and apply it easily in you daily life.
I'm 100% convinced that a strong and healthy body and mind lets us move through life with more confidence to be fully ourselves without any excuses.
We are all unique, beautiful human beings and our body is a wonderful gift. Keeping it healthy through exercise doesn't have to be a lonely and boring chore. You can reach your fitness goals whilst having fun and feeling connected with your instructor and community.
